There are quality controls at each stage of the process.
Inkjet Cartridges
The quality control starts from the moment an "Empty" cartridge is received.
The cartridge is tested using a "Tester". If the cartridge is found defective, it is immediately discarded.
If it is found suitable, it is sent to the next process. The cartridge is thoroughly cleaned and declogged.
Imported inks, matched to the Cartridge Model and Printer Brand, is filled in the right quantity using an automated machine.
The Cartridge is tested on a Printer and if the test prints are as good as OEM, it is “Sealed” and packed to be delivered to Customer.
The sealing and packaging ensures that there is no damage or leakage to the cartridge in transit.
The packaging also prevents the ink in the cartridge from drying.
Laser Cartridges
Each “Empty” cartridge received is inspected for defects. If found unsuitable, the cartridge is discarded.
The residue toner in the cartridge is emptied using a mechanical process.
The cartridge is dissembled and all defective parts are replaced with Patent protected International quality parts.
High Quality Imported Toner is filled in using a Computerised machine to ensure the exact Toner quantity is filled in.
The Cartridge is run through tests including a "Print" test to check the output.
Only after it meets the stringent quality requirements, is it "sealed" and "packaged" for delivery.
The packaging is also done to ensure there is no damage to the cartridge in transit.
