- What if your cartridge leaks like other refilled cartridges?
Every part of our Remanufacturing Process, our strong emphasis on Quality and our use of OEM quality imported Toners and Toner parts are all geared to avoid this problem. We also use computerized Toner Filling machines, which fills the exact quantity of Toner. Over-filling or under-filling is completely avoided.
Since all Toner parts get replaced during remanufacture and the cartridge is properly sealed and packaged, leaking is avoided in transit as well as during print operation.
- I get my cartridge refilled from my stationer? How are your toner cartridges different?

Refillers use one Toner for all Toner Cartridges. Each Toner "demands" a different Toner as Printers and their mechanism varies. CJ uses specific Toners for specific Toner Cartridges
- Refillers do not test all Toner Cartridges for defective parts. Each Toner Cartridge goes to thorough testing to identify defective parts. If the “Empty” toner cartridge is defective it is immediately discarded.
- Refillers change just the Drum and that too once in ¾ refills. Every time a Toner Cartridge is refilled, the Drum must be checked and replaced. Not replacing the Drum regularly can reduce Printer life and give poor print quality. The drums used by Refillers are also second-hand or of poor quality causing trouble during print operations.
- CJ replaces all Toner Cartridge Parts with High Quality imported Parts to ensure OEM like quality. Refillers don’t pay much attention to this aspect and end up causing issues in printing.
- With our process and attention to quality, as well as regular part replacements, the Toner Cartridge can be used for a very long time. On the other hand, Toner Cartridges used by Refillers warrant replacement with OEM cartridges after 4/5 cycles.
- Refillers do no test cartridges as a normal process. CJ runs each cartridge through a stringent quality control process each time.
- Refillers deliver cartridges without any protection. This can cause cartridges to get damaged. CJ packages the cartridges well to prevent damage in transit or to the "core".
We use High Quality, High Yield, Toner Cartridge Model-specific toners manufactured by Multi-national Companies in Japan, USA & Europe developed after years of R&D. These toners are tailor-made for each Toner cartridge and the Toner Parts are compatible with the Toner used. Any mismatch can lead to a negative impact on the quality. Each time a new Printer Model is released, the type of Toner Parts and Toners compatible are identified and used.
- I have a Color Laser printer. Do you do Color Toners?
Absolutely. We are strongly focused on the Color Toner market.
- How many times can I refill my Toner cartridges?
You can refill a Toner Cartridge as long as the "Core" or the body of the "Empty" cartridge is intact and not worn out. The only care that needs to be taken, and we cannot emphasis this enough, is that all the Toner Parts must be replaced in each cycle and the Parts and Toner used must be 100% compatible with the Toner Cartridge.
- What happens if my Toner cartridge cannot be filled further? Do I need to buy an original Toner Cartridge?
No problem. We will provide you with our Premium Toner Cartridge (Virgin Cartridge Used once only). This will be 30% to 40% cheaper than OEM and can be remanufactured several times as stated above.
- Do you give Toner cartridges for all models?
We refill almost 95% of all Toner Cartridges of almost all Brands and Printer Models. In case you have a non-standard and non-popular model of printer or a printer for specific printing needs, our R&D team would be happy to work with you and help deliver the remanufactured cartridge required by your printer. The only condition is that the usage and volume should be high to justify the time/cost of R&D and servicing the printer.
- What if I do not have an empty cartridge to give you?
No problem. We will provide you with our Premium Toner Cartridge (Virgin Cartridge Used once only). This will be 30% to 40% cheaper than OEM and can be remanufactured several times as stated above.
- My current refiller replaces the Drum sometimes? Do you also replace the drum?
Yes we do. But we do not stop there. We replace every part in the cartridge to ensure Zero-defect. Refillers typically use second-hand drums or poor quality drums, which causes excessive wear of the Cartridge and eventually the printer.
