- What if your cartridge leak like other refilled cartridges?
We take great pains to ensure that each cartridge we deliver is high quality and problem-free. However, in the unlikely event a cartridge gives a problem, we can send our technician to check if it out.
If it is a cartridge related issue, we immediately replace the cartridge at no cost or refund the full amount based on your preference.
If any printer part is found to be damaged directly due to use of our cartridge, which is highly unlikely, we will get the part repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
See our Guarantee certificate for details.
- I get my cartridge refilled from my stationer? How are your ink cartridges different?
-
Refillers use one ink for all cartridges. CJ uses specific inks for specific cartridges, as each cartridge is different.
- Refillers fill using Syringes. CJ uses automated process.
- Refillers do not control quantity that is filled in giving low yields. CJ uses computerized machines to control quantity filled in.
- Refillers do not clean cartridges thoroughly leaving nozzles clogged or dried ink in cartridges causing stoppage in printing. CJ uses a four step process to test, clean and de-clog cartridges so they can work as good as originals.
- Normal refilled cartridges can be filled only 3-4 times after which they start leaking if not earlier. With CJ process cartridges can be filled at least 6-8 times before the "Empty" cartridge gets damaged forcing us to discard.
- Refillers do not test the cartridges before delivering. CJ runs each cartridge through a stringent Quality Control Process before giving to clients.
- Refillers do not give any guarantee. CJ gives a 100% performance and money-back guarantee.
- Refillers deliver cartridges without any protection. This can cause cartridges to get damaged. CJ packages the cartridges well to prevent damage, leakage or ink drying.
We use 100% imported inks from Manufacturers who supply to OEM’s based in the USA, UK, and Germany. Each cartridge demands a very specific type of ink. One ink does not work with all cartridges as Refillers in the unorganized sector use. Results will be below par if the wrong ink will be used in the wrong cartridge eventually affecting not only output but also the life of the printer.
- I have a Photo printer. Can you give the right quality?
We have mastered Color cartridges and can supply refilled cartridges for almost all Photo printers.
- How many times can I refill my Inkjet cartridges?
With the scientific process and Computerized, imported machines used by CJ, Ink cartridges can be refilled 6-8 times vis-à-vis 3-4 times in he case of unprofessional Refillers.
- What happens if my Inkjet cartridge cannot be filled further? Do I need to buy original?
You do not need to buy OEM cartridges once your current cartridge becomes unusable. We will provide you with our Premium Cartridge (a Virgin Cartridge used just once). You can then use it 5-7 times without an issue. Our Premium Virgin Cartridges are at least 30% to 40% cheaper than OEM cartridges.
The savings and quality that CJ delivers with his kind of innovative approach for customers is phenomenal.
- Do you give all ink cartridges for all models?
We refill almost 95% of all Ink Cartridges of almost all Brands and Printer Models. In case you have a non-standard and non-popular model of printer or a printer for specific printing needs, our R&D team would be happy to work with you and help deliver the remanufactured cartridge required by your printer. The only condition is that the usage and volume should be high to justify the time/cost of R&D and servicing the printer.
- What if I do not have an empty cartridge to give you?
No problem. We will provide you with our Premium Ink Cartridge (Virgin Cartridge Used once only). This will be 30% to 40% cheaper than OEM and can be refilled 5-7 times more.
- If I keep my cartridge for a long time will the ink become dry?
The cartridges must be stored at temperatures specified on the packaging. Once the packaging is removed and the "Blue tape" removed, the cartridge must be installed in the printer immediately.
Keeping a cartridge exposed to extreme temperatures can dry the ink in cartridges.
CJ packaging and sealing ensures that the shelf-life of cartridges are long.
But due precaution must always be exercised.
- What precautions should I take when I use your cartridges?
The same precautions that you would use for original cartridges. Use cartridges immediately after unpacking. If not used, store in a cool place in temperatures specified on the packaging.
- My PC is not detecting my Printer? Is it due to your cartridge?
If a printer is not being detected, it is most likely a "driver" problem. Reinstall the Printer driver and try again. Only if the chip in the cartridge is defective, will the cartridge give a problem. But in that situation also, the Printer will be detected. But cartridge will be shown as "Out of Ink". CJ tests the chip before refilling cartridges. So ideally, this problem will not occur in CJ cartridges.
